BRANCHWAY SPRINGS is the final section of a development of a 1200 acre farm know as “The Hatcher Plantation” in Powhatan County, Virginia, and was developed by the Goodwyn L. L. C.—Archie Goodwyn and Richard C. Goodwyn, Jr., managers since 1992.

The plantation home was built in 1810 and is presently owned and occupied by a member of the Goodwyn family. The home adjoins and overlooks the beautiful 52 acre lake.
